My name is Ethan! I am a college student from Lakewood, CO. I study history and education at the University of Northern Colorado. I am a very laid back and hardworking person who loves to learn and understand the world more deeply. I love to play guitar, sing, play basketball, do martial arts, hike, read, and spend time with my friends. I absolutely love travel and exploring the world. Growing up in Colorado, I have always had a deep love and appreciation for nature and the outdoors.
My love for travel brought me to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a 6 month study abroad program in 2023 and it changed my life. My love for travel and adventure was supercharged and I was lucky enough to see some absolutely incredible things that changed my perspective on life forever.
During my time there, I stayed with a host family for 6 months. We had a great relationship, eating dinner together every night and having great conversations. We got very close and leaving was hard but we stay in contact still!
I am a hard worker and a very flexible person who enjoys making a difference. As a teacher I know the impact that small projects can do to help people and communities and I am passionate about helping people. I am bilingual (Spanish and English) and I value working with diverse people and communities and learning about them and their perspectives.
