Description
Hey there! My name is Emma and I’m from the United States. I have lived here my whole life and I am so curious to see more of the world. I have been to Thailand and Myanmar and I was humbled by their way of life. I want to travel more to keep gaining different perspective and learn how communities thrive by being interdependent. I want to learn more about different cultures and how their way of life is different from what I am used to in the United States.
I am inspired by outdoor adventure, like snowboarding, skiing, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, and mountain trekking, and find myself drawn to new outdoor experiences. I have a desire to foster diversity, compassion, and authenticity in the outdoors and in my relationships.
I am motivated by the mystery of tomorrow and am inspired by trees and the beauty of nature as well as the peace it brings to the mind and heart. I want to see beauty in the simple things and I appreciate living simply. I love to learn new things and recognize the power in working as a team to complete a common goal.Interests

What else ...
During the day I work in an elementary school, and I find it pretty rewarding. On my off time, I like to plan and dream about upcoming outdoor adventures that could involve sports like, snowboarding, skiing, whitewater rafting and kayaking, rock climbing, mountain running, and/or trail running.
When I'm tired from adventure and need a good rest, I like to draw and listen to music. I'm trying to become a better cook, but it's been a slow process. I also like yoga and having meals and game nights with friends. Oh, and I love puzzles! Some more information
