ES: Hola, soy Disma!
Un Italiano que a pasado muchos años viviendo fuera. En los últimos 6 meses he estado trabajando en Cuba para una compañía italiana, pero ha llegado el momento de emprender un nuevo camino, asi que he decidido de renunciar a este trabajo, romper la rutina y tomar un tiempo sabático para descubrir el centro y sur de América… y aquí estoy!
Me gustaría descubrir nuevas cosas, compartir mis habilidades y competencias, además de aprender cosas nuevas, esta es la razón por la que me he unido a Wokaway ;)
Acerca de mi: Me gustan los deportes, los animales y como cualquier buen italiano me encanta cocinar. Cuando se trata de hablar suelo gesticular grandemente, pero distinguiéndome del italiano promedio, por mi discreción al hablar, no me interesa mucho el football y no muy amante del café ...pero me encanta el jugo de mango :)

I am Italian but I've spent many years living abroad. In the last 6 months I used to work in Cuba for an Italian company, but I've realised that it's time to break free, so I decided to quit the job, leave the routine and take a sabbatical period to discover central and south America...and here I am! I'd like to discover new things, share my competences and learn new skills, this is why I joined Workaway ;)
About myself: I like sports, animals and as any classic Italian stereotype I like to cook and I usually gesticulate a lot when speaking! But differently than average Italians, I don't speak loud, I don't care about football and I am not a coffee lover...but instead I love mango juice :)

I had a very nice stay here. Félix is a great host, the team was very friendly, and I had a great time. The work tasks were clear and everything was well organized. The hostel itself is spacious and clean. Pisac is a charming hippie village, close to Cusco and many attractions.

Disma works well with others. He is very helpful and does more than expected. He helped with making earth bricks and building a cob wall. He also did an excellent job working with bamboo and making a wattle and daub wall. He contributed many great ideas when talking about future buildings.I always welcome back any time.

we enjoyed the time together here with the whole team.

Abhi is a great host, friendly and always up for a chat or a joke. The hostel is cosy, clean and in a great location with everything you need just few steps away. Helping in the hostel was a pleasure, duties and responsibilities are easy and very clear, I met there other volunteers with whom I had a great time with.

I hope to see you again Abhi!
