  • Description

After having been proper adult with a job career, energy bills, busy days, and never-ending appointments for some years, I've decided it was time to hit the road again and experience something new.

This amazing world made me an extremely curious guy, and I've been collecting different kinds of experiences and skills in my life.
My boundless inquisitiveness brings me to constantly sought to discover and learn new things: I am open to any kind of (constructive) experience!

    What I can offer:
I am a professional cook, baker and pizza maker. I've been working as a wine maker as well, and I've been running a small project in regenerative agricolture by my own, for a while.
In last years, I'm trying to be a farmer and a beekeeper, through thick and thin...

I enjoy any kind of crafting, and any kind of "symphony" between brain and hands-on skills involved in creative processes.

    What I'm looking for:
I'd like to get as deep as possible in the everyday life of a typical rural comunity, broad understanding the culture of the place.
My ambition is...nothing more than being considered "one of yours" for a while.

    N.B.
    Very important update!
I suffer from any autoimmune disease and there is always a risk for recurrence (Arthritis).
Some days ( but once every so often) I could eventually feel a bit weak or having sore joints, in which case I need to rest for a while: at least I won't be able to strain myself, but I can definitely handle ordinary things!

  • More details about your skills

I've been always working around everything we feed ourselves with: food, wine (and any kind of other fermented...), ideas, emotions, beauty.
To do that I developed a lot of skills to learn how to manage different jobs: I can handle to work in the farm, to cook and process food, to ferment stuff...to take care of things and make different kind of hand-crafted works.
I'm definitely an hands-on type, BUT I'm also a very chatty child!
I'm a cog-and-wheels man, but also a deep thinker who ponders life's mysteries...

I'm really keen in everything I do.
If I have to do something, I try to do as thorough as I can.
