Hi, my name is Claudia and I'm a freelance language teacher. I have been teaching Italian (abroad) and English (in Italy) for about 6 years. I have always loved traveling alone. When I was 18 I spent a summer in Ecuador on a volunteer project for an orphanage. At 21 I did the Camino de Santiago alone too, in Spain: more than 1000 km on foot, as a self-discovery. A wonderful experience! I lived for 2 and a half years in Barcelona, where I studied and worked. I am a seemingly reserved person, but once the ice is broken I love to make friends and have fun. I come from the Dolomites (in the italian Alps), so I love nature and being outdoors. I have worked for several years as a waitress, so I am also good at managing many practical tasks. I'm travelling to the Australia because I love this country and because I'd like to improve my English even more :-)

Claudia was such a wonderfully warm and kind person and we really enjoyed having her stay with us.
