Hello! I'm Chiara, a 24-year-old from Bergamo, Italy, a charming town near Milan. I'm on the lookout for a life-changing experience that will not only create lasting memories but also contribute to my personal growth. Volunteering has always been a dream of mine, but until now, my focus on studies has kept me from pursuing it. Finally, I have the time and opportunity to embark on this incredible journey, and I'm eager to find a host who can help me make this dream a reality.

In middle school, I studied both English and Spanish, which sparked my passion for languages. I continued my education at a linguistic high school, where I deepened my knowledge of English, French, and Spanish, reaching an intermediate level in all three. I then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics in Italy, which was fully taught in English, followed by a Master's degree in the Netherlands, also in English. As a result, I now have a high level of proficiency in English, as well as native fluency in Italian. While I understand both Spanish and French quite well, I've lost some of the fluency I once had, but I'm always open to refreshing my skills if needed!

I'm an open-minded and compassionate person, always eager to lend a hand. My volunteer experience spans several meaningful roles. At a retirement home in my hometown, I assisted elderly residents with recreational activities, helping to brighten their days. During the first wave of COVID-19, I volunteered with Caritas in Bergamo, delivering food to vulnerable individuals who were unable to leave their homes. Additionally, I spent a month working at a kindergarten near my high school, where I taught French to children and supported teachers throughout the day.
I pride myself on being easygoing and approachable, with a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life. My passion for helping others drives me to contribute positively to any environment

I have a passion for staying active, whether it's through practicing Pilates, going for runs, or taking long walks. Traveling is another love of mine, as it allows me to immerse myself in new cultures and explore different perspectives.
