Kia ora! I'm Caitlín, and I’m in Ireland for a year-long working holiday. I grew up in Aotearoa New Zealand playing Irish trad music, and I'm looking forward to connecting with local music and céilí dancing, and exploring Ireland’s history and landscapes. I'm excited to immerse myself in the culture and community.

I love spending time outdoors, and fill my time with hiking, rock climbing, sailing, and camping. I’m always up for an adventure and happy to get stuck into hands-on projects. I’ve spent a few summers tending a veggie garden at home and would love to grow these skills as part of a workaway.

I've also got experience working with kids and have enjoyed teaching young people how to rock climb and tutoring highschool science. My background is pretty varied—I’ve worked in hospitality, chemistry research, and as a high school science technician, so I’m adaptable and happy to help in different roles. I also love animals and have spent years living with cats and dogs.
