Description
We love everything horses! We are two A Level students at boarding school in England hoping to spend our summer abroad doing something horse-related. We are both 18 years old, hoping to travel in September.
Hello, my name is Bonny and I am an 18 year old student from the UK. I was raised in rural Wales countryside but now enjoy the city life in central London with my family and our cat, June. I am very excited to travel this summer before I go to University to study Natural Sciences in Biology, Psychology and Anthropology. Besides travelling, this summer I will be working in a pub where I enjoy interacting with customers and providing hospitality. Growing up in the countryside, around farm animals, I am very passionate about animal welfare, during COVID-19 lockdown I volunteered at my local riding stables, helping to care for, and look after over 70 horses and ponies during this difficult time, despite being unable to ride. I am also very interested in sustainability and a more eco-friendly lifestyle, I volunteered as sustainability rep for my school house council, where I explored ways to make the school more sustainable and ran a clothes up-cycling event to reduce landfill. In my spare time I enjoy crafts, like sewing, knitting, crochet, painting and I have a huge passion for cooking for my family, I love to explore foods from other cultures. I love music, singing and playing piano and I also enjoy spending time in the gym, or hiking outdoors, having completed Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke of Edingburgh’s award where you complete the learning of a skill, volunteering, physical activity, residential trip and a 5 day hike in the mountains. Most of all, I love to travel, learn new skills and meet new people!Interests

We have loved our stay at the farm, such beautiful scenery and lovely, calm, older horses.
We were able to visit interesting places in Italy, including a trip to the Terme, which was a highlight!
Much love to Lucia, Maria, Miriam, Dasha and lovely Lærke for making our stay so enjoyable. 🥰🥰
