My name is Bia :)
I recently graduated, studying politics, sociology and eastern european studies. I’m a massive nerd about my subject and passionate specifically about the subjective experience and perspective of significant historic, cultural and political shifts and the social legacies of the past centuries. I
learnt a lot through my degree but I am now interested in developing and specifying my understanding through travel - learning in the most direct way possible - being there, paying attention and asking questions. The root of my interest in my subject is that I love people, I believe in them and I am interested in them, always. I would love to connect with sociable and open minded workaways that enable these valubale exchanges that brings people globally closer together
I’ve worked in hospitality since I was 16 and have 24 years of active refining my social skills to create earnest and equal connection with others, so I think I have something to contribute too!
Beyond my niche interests i love love love making people feel welcome, creating a sense of community and belonging that enables the new experiences and perspective exchanges that make us all love travel. We all have everything to gain from this and to me is the essence of what makes the world interesting in the first place.
