Description
We are a couple from Australia who love travel and are excited by new experiences and the opportunity to learn new skills. We are hard working, easy going and responsible. Sarah is a teacher and I (Adam) am an engineer. We have worked for the past 6 years and are now ready for our new travel adventure.

We are two enthusiastic hard working young professionals and fast learners.
Sarah - after 6 years of full time teaching in the classroom, skills I have strongly developed include time management, communication, adaptivity, problem solving, patience and flexibility. Adam - after 3 years of managing a range of construction projects, skills I have strongly developed include organisation, planning, leadership and decision making. We are fluent in English and are undertaking Spanish lessons.

We had a wonderful stay with Cecile and her family. The farm itself was very beautiful. We learned a lot during our week on the farm and worked for 3 hours each day (on one day we were able to work 6 to have the following day free). Cecile was very clear with the work required. Both always smiling, kind, motivated to do anything to help, nice with my kids.

We had an amazing stay in Cuenca and the Institute. We originally planned to stay for 4 weeks but ended up extending to 6 weeks. The staff & students were incredibly welcoming and friendly - we would now count them as our friends. We worked 4-5 hours each day, with Wednesdays & Sundays off and only 2 hours of work on Saturday.
