Hi there, my name is Tara. After visiting friends in Portugal and loved it, I'm coming back to stay longer. I'm working as a holistic life coach which I created to be all online to be able to travel. I guide my clients to create their version of a 'Yes And' life where all that they want is doable.

I'm looking for host that have a holistic mindset too. Integrating all aspect of life together. However that looks for them. We each have our versions.

I'm a multipassionate, forever curious individual and unshakeable optimist. I love to learn from others experiences, each person's journey is unique and beautiful in it's own way.
I've been working on creating the life I want for myself and I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with those interested to do the same for themselves.
