Hey! My name is Anthony Shui and I'm a 26 year old living in Salt Lake City. My favorite thing to do is ski, whether its lapping inbounds on powder days, jibbing in the park, or touring in the backcountry. When it's warmer and I'm not out skiing, I enjoy running, climbing, and some yoga. I'd love to get good at guitar. I'm from metro Detroit and graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020 - Go Blue!

My Chinese name is 税伯华。

I had a great experience workawaying in Alaska and am eagerly looking forward to when I have a break in life to do another. When that time is, I'm not sure just yet :). In the meantime, I'd love to connect with other workawayers and get better at my Chinese and Spanish!

Growing up, I helped my mom out with gardening, so I can do some basics such as mowing, mulching, and trimming. I’ve also grown my own Kale, Romaine, Water Spinach, Chinese Amaranth, and Aloe. I’m not afraid/eager to get my hands dirty and learn more!

I’ve interned in several ‘white-collar’ positions doing sales/marketing/bizdev for a drone services startup, software engineering at a large bank, product management at Hulu, and I’m currently working full-time as a product manager in the auto finance industry.

I’m also well-versed in content creation. I know my way around a camera and editing software. I taught a course this summer on videography. I wouldn’t say I’m super handy, but I’ve been installing mods to my Jeep Wrangler so I’m learning how to DIY. I graduated with a computer science engineering degree last year so I also know how to program (hmu if you need a website built!).

Also, people say they like my cooking, so that’s a plus.
