Hi, I`m Anna and my profession is teaching English, Art and handicrafts to children aged 10-16. I was on a Sabbatical in 2014 and I really enjoyed the months travelling with my friend through India during that time. Quite an experience! Now I`m on a second Sabbatical again. Lucky me!
However, Corona has influeneced my travel plans a lot and so I`m looking for a quiet and far off place during winter time.
I`m really fond of travelling, however, travelling alone is not purely satisfying to me anymore. I would also like to learn more and get to know different people or even experience a different lifestyle. I`m a curious person, down to earth and open-minded. Maybe a bit impatient sometimes. I can work hard and long hours but I also need some time for myself to read books or enjoy the silence of nature. I`m interested in getting to know more about farming and farm animals especially sheep, horses, bees, chicken, donkeys, camels, ... :)
On the one side I like wilderness, nature with its quietness very much, on the other side I really enjoy the big cities with their vibrant and diverse lives and the huge cultural offers. I think a good mixture is what makes me happy.

... at the moment I`m interested in sheep-shearing and everything that has to do with manufacuring wool and other textiles. I already know about processing wool, cleaning, spinning, knitting but I would like to expand my skills.
Generally I like the handicrafts and one day I would like to learn about clay building and straw bale homes.
