Description
Hey! I am Anna, 24, from the UK. I am excited to be exploring Canada for the first time and have an IEC Working Holiday Visa.
I am an adventurous, outgoing, creative individual who loves meeting new people and is keen to immerse myself in new cultural experiences. I am happy to chip in with whatever is needed and explore the beautiful landscape of Canada. I am currently working in Montreal and I am hoping to explore more of Quebec/ the east coast from the middle of September- the end of October! So far on my adventure, I have travelled from the East Coast to the West Coast of Canada before coming back to work in Montreal and I am in awe of how beautiful Canada is! I love the outdoors and animals, and I've worked in a variety of jobs ranging from hospitality to admin, so I can learn quickly and I am keen to throw myself into any task given and learn new skills!
I recently did a workaway on Gabriola island and learnt how to cob, help with the vegetable and flower garden, as well as look after several animals including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and many baby chicks! For the past month in Montreal I have been looking after a lovely cat and housesitting/ looking after many houseplants.

I am a creative individual, I can use my creative skills to help out with painting, using power tools to help build things, or help with any artistic/ DIY projects, and love sculpture and woodwork/metalwork. I can help with any IT-related jobs and am pretty much happy to muck in with anything. I have a lot of experience in customer service and hospitality. I love helping out with gardening and looking after animals too. I am a vegetarian and love cooking tasty meals for my friends and family and I'm more than happy to help cook shared meals too. I am excited to meet new people along the way of the workaway experience and learn new skills!
