Certified yoga teacher with experience teaching vinyasa and yin style classes, as well as in leading breathwork and meditation practices. I'm creative, have several years of framing (carpentry) experience--building residential homes and projects with wood, am good with hand tools, and have home renovation experience. I also have experience organizing community projects. I enjoy languages and am happy to help others speak English. I'm an intermediate surfer, and have taught others how to surf. I also cook, and enjoy communicating and working with people.
