Hello there! This is Lina (26), from Barcelona but with German roots (I know, there's Germans everywhere :p ).

Currently planning my trip to New Zealand starting in november '23 on a working holiday visa! I'm mainly aiming to travel the country slowly (hopefully biking, hiking and camping a lot) but also with an intend to job here and there. Nature, community, permaculture, selfsuficiency are my keywords here.

(I'm thinking about getting a bicycle to travel and move around the country as I have bikepacked before, but that's to see yet)

I've worked many summers on a fancy campsite at Costa Brava in Spain.

I have experience in growing vegetables🌱🌾🥦🌽🫑 and herbs in my own veggiegarden, and I also love to cook fresh and healthy. I love all kinds of crafts and have basic notions (for survival but also for fun) of many things! Such as sewing, painting, using mud in construction, a bit of woodworking ..

I'd love to expand my knowledge about permaculture, natural construccion, self-sufficient systems, eco-farming and over all, I want to get my hands dirty!! 😊

Lina: I was "running" two veggiegardens before we left for the bike tour and I miss them a lot - and within the last two years i closed the circle of obtaining seeds, making seedlings, potting / transplanting, growing more, and eating of course!

I am very crafty and creative, i've tried a little bit of everything over time (sewing, crochet, ceramics, cooking or baking, painting, ) because I find there is no such satisfaction as in doing something all by yourself.

I have a bachelors degree in Audiovisual Comunication and i've worked in Social Media / Content Creation and content Marketing, and also as a receptionist on a Campsite. I also write on the German travel blog Freibeuter Reisen.

I'm a native Catalan/German/Spanish and i speak English, some French and a little Portuguese.
