Hello! I am Alba!

I am currently using Workaway to look for a place to learn how to live in the countryside. I love to touch the earth, to pick berries, nuts... I'd like to learn how to grow my own crops and relearn all the knowledge of self-sufficiency that humans have lost.

Currently I'm finishing my IML certification (mountain leader/guía de media montaña). More than hiking to peaks, I love to spend enough time in nature to observe, enjoy and understand.

I'm from Spain and I have always look for jobs that I like abroad, that brought me to Lapland three times, to Switzerland and Norway, so I am quite multicultural and multitasking too :) Really! I have worked in many different things, I am quite flexible and learn very fast!

Not an expert in carpentry or construction but I have two strong hands and strong mind to help you in whatever you need.

What else ...

I love spending time in the outdoors. I am an enthusiast of wildlife, trying to recognise the birds that are singing or analysing footprints. And of course picking wildberries!

In the recent years I discovered how able is my body to perform some acrobatic and gymnastic movements, so I'm learning that at the moment :)
