Hi! I´m Aisling, an Irish girl passionate about travelling, music, learning new languages and gaining new experiences. Having just finished my studies, I have been fortunate enough to be able to save up and travel this year.

Having started working at sixteen, I have extensive experience in hospitality particularly. I have worked in various hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes. I also have professional experience in Communications that I obtained working at a non-governmental organisation in Brussels, Belgium. There is always more to learn though, and I would love to take part in a Workaway that is both stimulating and rewarding. Let´s get in touch!

I am a native English speaker who is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Dutch. I am more than happy to teach others the languages that I do know, as I know that they can help open the door to many opportunities. I learned Mandarin Chinese for five years when I was a teenager, and I would love to improve my language skills while travelling this year. hope to have the opportunity to brush up on my language skills when travelling :)

- Bartender/Barista skills: Experienced bartender and barista, able to prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Written & oral communication skills: As an honours student who majored in European law, I have developed key written and oral communication skills that can be utilised across sectors.

- Organisational & secretarial skills: I have experience with secretarial work, and fully understand the importance of efficiency and organisation when working.

- Digital Skills: From my time working in an NGO in Brussels, I developed key digital skills and familiarity with Wordpress, Nationbuilder, Canva, as well as the essential Microsoft tools.
