Description
I’m currently working for a zero food waste restaurant in Lisbon until the end of August. I have an extensive background it viticulture and cellar work (have completed 9 Vintages in NZ and abroad). I spent 4 years managing an Eco Village in the isolated Marlborough Sounds in NZ. I have a degree in Zoology and Marine Science and am interested in regenerative and organic farming practices. I love the outdoors and getting my hands dirty and am always keen to learn a new skill. I love cooking and enjoying good food and wine with new friends.
