Hello!

My name is Zia, I am from Arizona in the United States. I am currently in nursing school and will be traveling during my time between semesters!

I am easy to get along with and am very excited to learn new skills! I make friends easily and love making connections with people from all over the world! I am going to be available late may through late July and I am flexible on exact dates!

I have traveled and worked with Workaway previously as a receptionist in a variety of hostels in Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico- including the Chill Out Bar and Bungalow in Ton Sai. I work as a multi-day river guide during the summers which encompasses taking people into the wilderness, out of their comfort zone, through some of America's most wild river and desert landscapes while caring for their every need.

I am perfect for a receptionist position if you need a happy and helpful person to be the face people meet at your hostel or resort!

I have taught water aerobics, swim lessons, work out classes, and yoga ( however I am not yoga instructor certified yet). I am able to help with basic computer needs, am able to manage social media marketing, and am able to learn more technical skills quickly.

I have previous experience as a landscaper, painter (of houses and murals), lifeguard, maid, trail builder, emergency medical technician, receptionist, and house keeper. I am happy to help with manual labor, gardening, painting, cleaning, or running errands.

I am interested in learning from new people and helping with passion projects!
