Hi there! I'm Sara, your 26-year-old pragmatic, go-to person for turning work into a daily adventure.

After surviving five years of academia, I've spent the past six months teaching scientific subjects, and hospitality in Hotel and Tourism at a high school in Sweden. With almost seven years of experience, I've also been a tour guide, team leader, and entertainer in Sweden and beyond. I've worked at three airports and added some zest to Sweden's big festivals with killer cocktails, but let's not stop at work – life's too short for that!

I've danced my way through 31 countries, and nature is my playground. Whether it's carving through fresh powder on skis, conquering hiking trails, or attempting to whip up something edible in the kitchen, count me in. I also want to tell you that I dream big; Learning how to milk, ride horses, and hunt for fresh eggs – it's all on my checklist!! I am a quick learner and not afraid to get my hands dirty.

With the strength of a Viking and the discipline of a Samurai, I approach life with a balance of patience and dedication. I have a real passion for sustainable living, cultural exchange, and connecting with the nature, the scientific teacher I am, and strive to inspire the next generation to embrace a sustainable lifestyle. With Workaway I'm eager learn more and to explore the off beaten paths to discover the heart and soul of different countries.

Last but not least; If an emergency occurs, I am a "Sms-livräddare" or civil CPR-medic, which means that I am always ready to make a life-saving effort. I can perform CPR on both children and adults and follow L-ABC in case of an emergency and have attended as a medic at some festivals in Sweden.
