Description
My name is Zak and I'm from Newcastle in the North East of England. I like cooking and nutrition, gardening, music, and philosophy, and spend a lot of my free time doing triathlon sports and weightlifting. I also have an interest in learning languages and would like to improve my Spanish to fluency.
I have done around ten different workaways around Europe and South America and have experienced many different cultures and practices and would love to continue broadening my perspectives through travel.

Zac stayed at the station a week. Straight forward, easy going, very good and practical worker. Was a pity he had cat allergies, as his contribution was really beyond what I expect from any volunteer . If Zac volunteers at your project, count yourself lucky. Thanks Zac. I spent one week at the station with Jam and two other volunteers. Jam was a very accommodating host and took time to share the local area by taking us around in his car. The work was quite easy and enjoyable - I spent the week painting the windows on the front of the station.

I spent two weeks at the hostel and I had an amazing time! I was one of ten volunteers and four amazing staff members and I made some great friends staying there. Most of the time I was doing gardening and construction work but I also got to try out other tasks like cooking and cleaning.
