My name is Azu, from Asturias a mountainous region in the north of Spain.
I´m mountain leader, guiding in summer and travel for myself in winter, now in Dolomites. I love workaway philosophy, it´s cause I want to participate in this Project during next months :)

Since I finished my university studies in Tourism, my profesional experience has been linked with tourism, nature and sports…
I have been working like a guide in Muniellos Biosphere Reserve, best preserved oak forest in Europe. Close to there, in the Natural Park Fuentes de Narcea I have running a Tourism Office of Degaña. During five years, I running a rural family hotel and restaurant. In the last year I have been working in a spanish known Montain Sports Shop.

Sports is one of the most important things in my life. I belong to a Mtb/ Mountain club in Asturias, and every season we practice outdoor sports like mtb, trekking, climbing, ski. Last Winter I started to practise ski touring in my región. I would love to travel to Alpes cause I know that this place, is one of the best places to practise it.

I´m a very hard-working and proactive person, I have a lot of ideas to dinamize places and I have good skills to organize. I love contact with people and creating spaces to share and enjoy.

I´m a very easy-going and outgoing person. I love nature,music and meeting people from all over the world and learning about their cultures.

My goal is to learn as much as possible, so that in the future, I can apply the things I learn in my Rural accommodation. At the same time, I want to share my knowledge and enrich the place where I work as a volunteer.
