We are Merle (32) and Ole (34) from Germany, currently traveling through Centro-America, hoping to go all around the World.
We are very much into nature and love hiking and exploring beautiful landscapes while getting to know interesting people and foreign cultures. We love to cook and eat and dive in to the cuisine of every country.

I (Ole) am a trained bookseller/publisher and studied journalist. During my training i worked in a big publishing house in Frankfurt/Germany. I like any kind of editorial work or writing (German or English) and during university i used to correct my friends universal thesises.
Additionaly i am a passionate cook with some baking skills. During the pandemic I worked in a supermarket and basically was the shop manager. So i have good knowledge about products and also got some accounting and cashere skills.
During my studies i helped renovate my father's house, alltough rather rudiment i have some manual skills and i don't mind physical work. In that time we also grew our own vegetables in my fathers garden, so i also have some experience with that.

I (Merle) am a trained medical assistant. I used to work with a dermatologist and learned all the necessary administration skills as well as treatment and small surgerys. After that i changed jobs and did more administrational medical work. In addition to my main job, i used to work at an ambulance for children (0-17years).
Aside from my job i like to sew, mainly clothes but in the beginning of the pandemic i also sew a lot of masks for all my family and friends.
I am also pretty good at cooking and have a talent for all manual activities. Since my parents have horses i am used to the company of animals and taking care of them.
I am also quiet good at gardening and dont mind physical work either.
