Hi everyone,

my name is Verena, I'm 37 years old and I'm traveling and woking in between the last 10 years. The last 2 years I took a break of traveling and had a job in an agency in Hamburg - but 4 weeks ago, I quit. I don't know what I am doing but I do know I want to have that feeling again: something in the middle of fear and absolute happiness :) Also I wanna be part of something, surround myself with people and a community to share the experiences we've made so far to create something beautiful.

I've volunteered in South America, France, New Zealand and South East Asia - and can say that I've never been happier.

I'm a author and my obsession is writing - besides being out in the nature, art, laughing, dancing like crazy, traveling and my friends, who are my family.

I love meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, and learning about various sustainable living options. I am enthusiastic about immersing myself into a new community and being a part of something beautiful or simply be a helping hand. I love working outside am not afraid of getting dirty!

I have plenty of experience in working in hostels, bars and reception settings. I do speak English, basic Spanish and a little French. I've done volunteer work at farms by caring for the animals, landscape and gardening. I've also worked at a vineyard, in a organic ice cream shop, for various organisations, in like a 1000 of restaurants as a waitress and looked after two small kids (age 2 and 9) for a couple of months. I am an outgoing, pretty emphatic and enthusiastic person who wants to hear you story and share mine - if you want to :)

I'm happy and thankful to see new ways of living, community projects and take on whatever opportunities and experiences come my way! Maybe you can be mine :) Hope to see you soon.

I love to do sharing circles to share and talk about what we feel. In order to feel less alone and more understood in whatever situations we are, I find it very helpful to provide a save space, where we can put down our masks and be who we are. I'm a very emphatic person and love to make people feel seen and that everything comes and goes - I can tell stories about my life and I'm sure everyone must either laugh or can maybe rely and feel less alone. I also worked as a manager in a restaurant, in a Coliving space, as a barkeeper, as a waitress, a dishwasher, a babysitter, a nanny, I worked in the garden, at a farm, in a hostel, as a teacher and as a receptionist.
