My main expertise and interests is in ecology, both theoretical and practical. Back home I work as an ecological gardener and I study forest and nature conservation. Before that I have a background in agriculture, i have a permaculture design degree and established multiple food forest, both private and for clients. Sometimes I do catering for small groups with produce from my garden, but more for fun than professionally. I love to cook. I’ve worked in horeca for a little bit, so some experience in hospitality. Also I’ve build the van where I am living in so some experience with carpentry, electricity and plumbing but wouldn’t say that I’m really cut out for these things.
