Hello Everyone my name is Paul. I'm a passionated chef (cook) and traveller. Coming from a high performance background in fine dining kitchens I set my priorities now towards a more relaxed and less stressfull lifestyle. I've been travelling to New Zealand, Thailand, Australia, Italy and the Canary Islands for the last 6 years. Now I want to challenge myself with new impressions in Japan in terms of culture, lifestyle, farming and of course cooking.

I'm a very happy and enthusiastic person who loves the company of other lovely people, beautiful nature and happy animals. My hobbies are all close to my passion/profession...cooking, fishing, gardening, music and yoga are just examples of things that make me feel good.

I work as a chef (cook) for 8 years now. So hard physical work is no problem for me - it actually gives me pleasure. The last 2 years I worked in Gran Canaria in constructions for a Hostel/ Apartment Company. I learned a lot about maintenance work and gardening from my grandpa too and we had to take care of a big kitchen garden in Australia too. I love animals and any kind of outdoor work but I'd say I'm capable of any job that requires manual work if I get explained how to do it.
