About Me:
Hey everyone! 👋 My name is Tobias Adamczewski, and I’m a 23-year-old Tourism Management student from Germany. I love traveling, meeting new people, and immersing myself in different cultures. I’ve lived in the USA for four years and spent time in Nicaragua and Costa Rica volunteering in the hospitality sector. These experiences have strengthened my passion for tourism, hospitality, and international connections.
In my free time I love to socialize, go out into nature, read and play the guitar. I´ve always enjoyed traveling and staying at Hostel/Surfcamps etc. because this kind of life harmonieses so well with my free spirit and my hobbies.

I am currently looking for a 4-month internship opportunity (March–July 2025) in the hospitality sector, ideally in a place where I can make meaningful contribution and learn something new at the same time.
After having spent the last 3 Semestern studying I am looking forward to having some praktikal application for my skills and am highly motivated to do some hands-on work.

Skills & Experience:
✔️ Hospitality & Customer Service – 2+ years of experience as a bartender, handling guests, preparing drinks, and creating a great atmosphere.
✔️ Intercultural Communication – Having lived and traveled in different countries, I easily connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
✔️ Languages – Fluent in English & German, Intermediate Spanish skills, and eager to learn Portuguese if I get the chance to work in Portugal!
✔️ Tourism & Marketing Knowledge – Studying Tourism Management has given me solid insights into business operations, guest relations, and marketing strategies.
✔️ Team Player & Fast Learner – Always open to learning new skills, whether it’s reception work, social media, event planning, or general maintenance.

What I’m Looking For:
I would love to intern or volunteer at a hostel, surfcamp, guesthouse, or eco-lodge where I can:
✅ Help with reception, check-ins, and guest interactions
✅ Assist in the bar, kitchen, or common areas
✅ Organize activities or social events for guests
✅ Learn more about hostel management and daily operations

I am interested in learing any kind of new language even though I would mainly like to get better at French, Spanish, and learing Portuguese. Due to living in the US and Germany for many years I consider them both my first language and would love to teach them as well if anyone is motivated to learn.
