Description
We are an uncomplicated, open-minded, very reliable couple from Germany and have been done travels as workawayers now for 3 yrs when being on vaccasion and travels.
Thomas is a maths and sports teacher, also professional tree worker/climber/lumberjack and besides that gifted doing all DIY jobs, wood works (see our skills) and much more. Me, Jasmin, I work in a refugee home for women suffering of domestic and sexual violence. Besides that I am a "Doula" (attending women when giving birth). I also have a degree in business economics. We both dont mind getting our hands dirty and give a hand wherever it is needed. Also I love to cook (for others:-)).
We have three grown up daughters who are going their own ways now (University, Job,..).

Thomas strenght is mainly all kinds of DIY jobs/crafts like cutting trees (proffesionaly has got a licence as lumberjack and does tree climbing), taking care of maintenance of all kinds (plumbing, gardening, electricity, etc.), carpentry (he loves all kind of working with wood), preparing fire wood/lumberjack work - well and everything around the house that needs to be fixed, constructed, build, connected, moved etc.. He likes all kind of physical work, is able to drive a tractor, knows how to use all kind of electric tools and technically giftet. We already build a wooden guest house, laid wooden floors, build fences and many other stuff.
And of course, as he is a sports and maths teacher, he's good with kids for example to practice sports with them.
Jasmin loves cooking, rearanging things, running errands, mainly all kind of work around and in a house or also with animals (if they're treated well) that needs to be done works - gardening, painting, rearanging, cleaning or assisting Thomas with building projects - I am an allrounder and Thomas and I are a good team:-)
As I run my own business, I am also very good with paperwork, sorting out things a.s.o.
And as being a DOULA and kind of a social worker, I am a very reliable woman for taking care of babies and younger children, teaching.

What else ...
As we always spend our holidays as workawayers we only ask for maximum 4 hrs agreed working hours. But we are extremly effective, hard and 100% reliable workers. You can be sure (check out our feed-backs!) that we manage most jobs within a shorter term than others. Also we dont mind working more if necessary, but we would like to decide that on our own:-)

I've been hosting for quite a few years and Thomas and Jasmine certainly ranked amongst the best folk I've had the pleasure to accommodate!
