Hello we are Ffion and Nathan, we are slowly travelling New Zealand for the next few years and would love to get to know you and this lovely country.
We enjoy practical hands on work and working in diverse team environments- hooked to the thrill of a job well done celebrated with the people who helped make it happen.
We are both from the UK, though Nathan has family ties to NZ and we have been desperate to get out here as our earlier plans had been disrupted by the global pandemic.
(We are both up to date on our vaccines)
We are passionate about environmental protection and doing our bit for the planet and we both advocate for social justice wherever we can. We are both vegan but have no aversion to being around the cooking or consumption of animal products.
We enjoy learning new things and absorbing knowledge from passionate people and hope to bring a trustworthy competence to any role.
We don't drive but are happy to bus/walk/taxi/hitchhike ourselves about wherever possible

Between us we have some Carpentry skills, child/animal care experience, well practiced at digging holes and weeding, some composting know how and fermentation experience. We are both very competent cooks. Nathan has joinery experience, Ffion has experience painting and professionally cleaning. Between us we know our way around most hand tools.
We are both loosely creative types with Nathan being involved in lots of theatre work and writing and Ffion dabbling in arts and crafts.
We are two motivated sets of hands for moving dirt or stacking wood, happy to do the more tedious jobs that everybody needs done. And more than anything we are very eager to learn new skills and participate in things we've never done before.
