  • Description

    Marc:
What motivates me in life is living amid while contributing to a culturally diverse community.

I love to discover new things, get my hands dirty, talk and laugh with friends and strangers alike.

I'm originally French, but have been living in Belgium, Germany, the US, India, China, Singapore and the UK over the past 38 years.

I'm very passionate about sustainability, and love to learn about how the wisdom of ecology can improve our human society.

    Ni:
I'm Singaporean Chinese who has also led a nomadic life with eclectic experience in freelance writing, teaching movement for bodily awareness + therapeutic support, facilitating community building work and bid writing to articulate charities' social impact. Love swimming and walking outdoors to be immersed in nature, and cooking and sharing food for social and cultural connection. A hard worker with curiosity, empathy and attention to detail, I take time with devotion to learn in order to do things well. I like to get to the heart of things. Strategic with speaking and open to listening, with a keen interest in restorative justice + practice.

  • What else ...

We are embarking on a journey of discovery, learning, transformation and re-invention, to immerse ourselves in places we've always dreamed of experiencing. We hope to take the time to learn, be present, connect and contribute to the communities and the environments we encounter.

We envision cultivating a greater internal sustainability while gathering the experiences from our voyage to inform how we might create an enriched sense of home and a way of living that we may share with ourselves and others.

Marc is currently developing MycoStories, a platform that showcases the incredible potential of fungi in the development of bio-materials, bio-remediation, health supplements and more. He's interested in discovering but also highlighting the relationships between local communities and mushrooms and the ecological spaces they inhabit.

Ni is keen on getting out of the familiar to make space for new opportunities, people, other-than-humans, skills, ideas and inspiration that may induce unlearning and/or augment what she's done hitherto.
