Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I left home around 9 months ago and haven't looked back. Since departed on this solo adventure, I've seen Europe drenched in snow, spent new years on a Belgian beach, lived in the UK, partied at the Festa de São João do Porto, and made new friends from all over the world. Meeting hostel staff and volunteers has motivated me to join Workaway. I thrive off exploring the nature and world around me - what better way to see the world?

I have a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Anthropology and Psychology (hence, I am very people-oriented). I've worked in full time administration and recruitment roles before, as well as a labourer at my family's guitar factory (so I am no stranger to hard work). In a hospitality role at my local cafe, I worked my way up from waitress to head chef in less than a year, thriving in the fast-paced and at times very stressful environment. I tend to be a creative person, and am eager to develop my skills in digital media and social media content creation.

I am the uno/monopoly queen. I love to run and play lots of sport. I've played a high level of field hockey all through childhood so this is a big part of my life. In my downtime I love to read as well as hike the landscape around me. I'm easy going and enjoy socialising with those around me!
