Hi everyone!

My name is Taylor and I am a 28 year old American. I currently work as a Physician Assistant who practices primary and urgent care medicine near Nashville, Tennessee.

I absolutely love to travel and have worked on two different farms, through WWOOF and Workaway. In 2016, I volunteered for one month on an organic chicken farm in Scotland. The tasks I performed there involved gardening, weeding, feeding/cleaning up after animals and collecting eggs. In 2019, I volunteered for 3 weeks on a sled dog farm in Sweden, where I assisted with the training and caretaking of roughly 30 huskies. Recently I completed my 3rd volunteering adventure, I spent 3 weeks on a goat farm in Oregon and helped feed and clean up after the animals (goats, sheep, pigs, alpacas, etc), it was so much fun!

Through 2020-2022, I was studying in a masters program to become a Physician Assistant and was unable to travel much due to school and COVID. In the last year, I have been working full time and have been very busy, so I haven't had much time for travelling. Recently I've cut back to working part time so that I can travel and volunteer again.

I have several hundred hours of volunteer experience. I have also spent a few years volunteering for hospitals and hospices, where I spent time with patients in nursing homes and comforted patients who had 6 months or less to live.

I would describe myself as a hardworking, compassionate and intelligent person. I also believe that I am a positive and friendly person who loves to meet new people and try new things. I am trying to live my life to the fullest, see the world and help as many people as I can :)
