I will spend some time in New Zealand from feburary on. One of my goals ist to work on a farm, take care of animals and get new experiences. Beside working on a farm I'm open for unique experiences.

Hi!

My name is Sven, I'm 28 years old and I love discovering new countries. Due to my high interest in other cultures and ways on how to improve living standards, I studied Geography and Urban Planning. Now after some years of working, my desire to travel occured again, that's why I'm using Workaway to find a great opportunity to work and live in different countries

Next to Geography and Urban Planning, I like working out and playing football, reading books and cooking. I love talking to people and learn new skills everyday, meanwhile I also enjoy spending time alone when I need it. I have no problem in sharing spaces since I'm used to share a flat or work in hostels in Europe.

I used to teach English and German for some time, worked with architects to design and build public gardens in Athens, gave football classes to teenagers and made scientific experiments together with children. I love taking care of plants and grow my own vegetable, even though I could only use my balcony for that purpose. I'm a big fan of DIY, so renovating flats or reparing things is something I'm highly interested in. I love animals and they love me, so working with them would be amazing for me.

Due to my experiences outside of Germany I became fluent in English and living together with people from different cultures is nothing new to me. I can guarantee that I'm always up to learn and discover new things in any area. I love being productive and work in a good team. Therefore I will try my best to be a supportive worker and help you with your projects and goals you would like to reach.

I'm a huge football fan which can be good ice breaker if you would like to get to know me better. I'm interest in politics, different ways of life and how to create better living circumstances for everyone. I worked together with refugees and learned a lot of things. My favourite countries I've been to so far are Bosnia and Scotland. I love animals, favourites are donkeys, goats and sheep. I have a drivers license for cars and motor bikes. My favourit bands are Sum41, Blink 182 and Feine Sahne Fischfilet. Book recommendations are more than allowed :)
