I am 22 and I was born and raised in coastal British Columbia.

My Biggest motivation and joy in life is being outside. Growing up with parents who work outdoors for their career led me in a similar path. I strive to be outdoors as much as possible and to live my best life accordingly. I also am motivated by meeting others and learning from them and their experiences. Every day is new day, and that brings the opportunity to learn something new. I also want to increase my skills at gardening and landscaping and helping others.


I currently work in Forest Engineering (Planning where to log timber and why / how).
I work in the forest every day and I love it! I also do enjoy kicking back and relaxing now and then.

I also have an interest in history and different cultures that I wish to explore. Exploring the areas where my family history originates is also a interest.

I am easy going and seem to make friends with everyone I encounter. As I see it, the more friends the better!

1. Ability to work in adverse environments: I have a background in Forest Engineering and am familiar with walking and traversing extreme adverse terrain in Coastal British Colombia. This has allowed me to build a skillset of resilience , determination, and Hard work ethic. I am understanding of hard work.

2. Communication: Growing up I had lots of foreign friends and even had a few International students lived with my family (Dutch and German). This has allowed me to understand different cultures and the process of navigating some of the misunderstandings that may arise from these differences. In May and June of 2022 I also spend 6 weeks traveling Central America to work on my Spanish. This led to many interactions where I improved my communication skills. I am also a very outgoing and friendly person who is easy to to get along with.

3. Basic Chainsaw work: I am familiar with operating a chain saw and have a medium amount of experience with them. I occasionally have used them for work or recreation (such as fire wood cutting).

I was born and raised in coastal British Colombia in a small isolated town and am eager to spend at least a part of each day outdoors. This is a core value I hold.

I also have a university Diploma In Forest Resource Technology. Along with a few years of work experience in this field.

I love to cook and bake. Trying new things and new recipes is a fun way to enjoy an evening.
