I'm a curious human being who wants to explore and connect with people. I have gained an abundance of knowledge and skills from people around the world who have opened their homes to me.

I’m a holistic nutritionist with qualified background in herb medicine and phytoteraphy.
Also a cake artist, i love cooking sprecially baking and for the past 4 years I had been offering innovative services with. food and design.

I've previously worked as a chef, baker, worked in bars, pubs and festivals, and also cooked in vegan restaurants. I am free spirited, outdoorsy, friendly, easy-going, active and a seasoned traveller.

Always eager to learn and roll up the sleeves! Love to be in nature, with animals, climbing, discover new places, learn about permaculture and self-sufficiently living, orchard working, yoga and meditation.
My favourite holidays are those backpacking-trips with little plan and a lot of adventure and hiking.
I'm looking forward live new experiences and connect with people.

Sofia is a very nice and kind and warmhearted person. I loved her vegan blogg she wrote here, "dont panic, its organic".
Sofia loves to cook and bake, and she is a great baker. We had such a lovely time together, even the weather this year in spring was so shit.
Sofia is also great with the animals too.

I stayed 7 weeks at this place and i had a great experience! Unfortunately most of the time the weather was bad (snowing and raining in May) so we couldn't work a lot with the horses. I stayed with Anne Marit for two weeks and it was a really great time!
We have work to do but also we took breaks to get worm if was too cold.
I learn how to built a wood wall and a lot about growing your own vegetables.
She is very kind and unique person and i had an amazing experience in Norway.

Akie was my first host with workaway, and it was a great experience. I have been here one week and I wish I had stayed longer.
The work is easy going and it doesn't feel like work, Akie is more a friend than a boss. Sometimes we go out with her friends and show you the beautiful city of Brugge.
