CIAO!
My name is Sofia, I am 29 years old and I am from Parma, Italy.
Too much work led me to take a break from the hectic life I lead and want to do something that makes me feel good.
Until 5 years ago I traveled all over the world thanks to my work as a bartender, I went to Finland, Rome and Sydney.
I have always worked in the hospitality and I would like to learn something new, starting with the language.
In my free time I like to practice Pilates, go hiking, visit new cities and find new hobbies.
I am a curious, stubborn person (which pushes me to do any job and achieve my goals), kind and very educated, I am not a person who talks a lot, I prefer to listen, I adapt easily to any environment and I love animals.
I would like to visit Andalusia and Malaga to learn about the culture, traditions and especially gastronomy and wine 😋
At school two of my best friends were South American and being with them led me to understand Spanish but unfortunately not to speak it.

Mi nombre es Sofia, tengo 29 años y soy de Parma, Italia.
Demasiado trabajo me llevó a tomar un descanso de la vida agitada que llevo y a querer hacer algo que me haga sentir bien.
Hasta hace 5 años viajé por todo el mundo gracias a mi trabajo como bartender, fui a Finlandia, Roma y Sydney.
Siempre he trabajado en el mundo de la restauración y me gustaría aprender algo nuevo, empezando por el idioma.
En mi tiempo libre me gusta practicar pilates, hacer caminatas, visitar nuevas ciudades y encontrar nuevos pasatiempos.
Soy una persona curiosa, testaruda (lo que me empuja a realizar cualquier trabajo y lograr mis objetivos), amable y muy educada, no soy una persona que habla mucho, prefiero escuchar, me adapto fácilmente a cualquier ambiente y me encanta animales.
Me gustaría visitar Andalucía y Málaga para conocer la cultura, las tradiciones y sobre todo la gastronomía y el vino 😋
En la escuela dos de mis mejores amigos eran sudamericanos y estar con ellos me llevó a entender el español pero lamentablemente no a hablarlo.
También ayudaron las canciones de Romeo Santos y Rosalía.



Con la esperanza de encontrar el host ideal, les dejo la receta de Tiramisú de mi madre:
500 g de mascarpone
4 yemas de huevo
1 huevo entero
8 cucharadas completas de azúcar
Prepara el café con el moka y agrega azúcar al gusto.
Una vez enfriados, moja los pavesini o bizcochos y colócalos en fila sobre una fuente para horno.
Batir los huevos con el azúcar y finalmente añadir el mascarpone.
Mezclar todo y repartirlo sobre los bizcochos.
Repetir capas.

Estudié en escuela de hostelería para trabajar en el sector de bares, estudiando inglés y francés.
Como no hablo francés, lo he olvidado un poco.
En Roma hice un curso de barman americano.
Mientras estuve en Finlandia fui au pair.
Soy una chica que se las arregla mucho, hace un mes ayudé a mi madre a mudarse de casa desmontando el parquet, pintando la casa y cargando cargas pesadas.
En el último año aprendí a bordar por mi cuenta y tomé un curso de fotografía.
¡Me encantaría aprender a trabajar con arcilla, madera, arreglar flores, tocar la batería y aprender un nuevo tipo de baile, todo al mismo tiempo! 😂
