Hey there,
I’m Charles, a life-loving writer and explorer of the human experience, looking to put my skills to use, share stories, and be of service in places where I can lend a hand.
I’ve worked across Canada in homes, farms, and communities of all kinds—helping with construction projects (sheds, additions), repairs (pretty much anything!), gardening, painting, animal care, cooking, and even a little tech support. I enjoy showing up where I’m most needed, especially for solo outdoor work in the summertime. Daily physical tasks that keep me moving and fit are ideal.
I’m also a TEFL-certified English teacher and a freelance writer, often working on creative projects in my personal time. In quieter moments, I retreat to read, write, or dive into artistic crafts like bookbinding and pencil-making.
