Description

I, Sina, derive the greatest joy from drawing, painting, jewelry making and other forms of express-ing myself creatively. When started with a project I completely indulge in it. My arts and craft pro-jects vary often in the art form itself. I love to capture magical moments through words and draw-ings, but even more I enjoy creating out of clay and I’m very excited to bring this craft out of my home to mother earth. I find it hard to enjoy my art alone, but I love to bring light through it in oth-er people’s lives- so the thought of contributing to a living project in a creative way really brings me joy. Beyond that I also love cooking and eating nutritious and delicious food, capturing special moments with my analog camera and dancing to techno music!
While I have never grown my own food or build a deck - I am looking forward to learning it!

As for me, Fredo, I have a great passion for analog and digital photography, and I look forward to bringing my camera along on this journey. I love to bring visions to life and have a creative outlet that can capture the beauty, details and sometimes the bigger picture we can see in this world, when you just look closely enough. I also enjoy playing the piano and I think I can proudly say that I am making a steady progress. Additionally, I have a knack for tattooing but when it comes to design, I defer to Sina's expertise. At home I used to help in the garden, and even though I’m not the most skilled with garden or building work yet, I’m good with my hands and enjoy picking up new skills. As for in the kitchen I love baking and cooking everything involving dough, mainly pizza - so you can possibly look forward to some amazing pizzas!

We both also love to do yoga, go on hikes and create art together, in both the digital and analog way.

More details about my language interests
We are interested in learning the language of the country we are visiting for being able to communicate with the locals. For Portugal we have no knowledge at all but we are really looking forward to learning at least the basics.

We both love to cook and Fredo is especially good with pizza - so if possible you will be able to enjoy some amazing pizza while we are around!
We both come from the countryside, so we are used to working in the garden and being in nature, but we've never cultivated a garden or grown on our own food on our own.
And while we have never build a deck or other bigger wood projects, we are good with our hands and have worked on smaller projects out of wood. And we are very excited and keen on learning more about growing food and bigger building projects, especially with sustainable building materials.
We are both very creative people. We love to see projects come to live and are excited to have a creative impact on a community. Fredo would also bring his camera and document the process at your place or take photos for your social media if you want to.

What else ...

We already listed our interests and hobbies in the overall description but to give this point some content:
- We love playing chess but we are no grandmasters at all, not even small masterst (lol)
- We really like to enjoy nature, just sitting surrounded by trees, listening to the wind and the leaves and feel the flow of life.
- We enjoy camping and going to festivals - Friday Pizza Party is definitely on our bucket list
- Fredo is some kind of a mermaid - when visiting the ocean or any other bathing spot he will transform into a fish-like creature
- Sina will then take out her sketch book and write down what she is observing with all of her senses or just does a little drawing. If you are looking close enough you can maybe see some fairies in her sketchbook, as sometimes she is able to live in the fairy- and the human-world at the same time.
