Hi, my name is Simone and I come from Berlin, Germany.
I`m not a young lady; I was born 1970 - but I'm curious in other cultures and landscape. workaway is for me an adventure.
In Berlin I work as a urban planer. I have a small family - a husband and a son. My family is wonding about me, that I try workaway and support me.
I like to stay at a place more than two weeks (holiday), to learn about the people life there; about there culture and something about the area and landscape; and learn the language (only English-speaking areas). English is the only foreign language I speak - and really not in a perfect way :-).
At my free time I'm interested in gardening, sport, politic, art, books, cooking with friends... and a lot other things.
I hope, there is a English-speaking Host for an old lady like me, to give me the chance to see a little bit more from the world (I didn't have that opportunity in my youth, because I was born in east-Germany).
