Currently travelling in Spain, but originally from the UK. New to Workaway!

I’d say my dreams and ideas motivate me, and the reason to achieve them connects with what makes me happy.

I’ve found that where I find the most peace is listening, also creating music, being out in the wilderness. I like to immerse myself with nature and feel more grounded or with friends & family, caring for people and what’s around me.

Feeling apart of something is what makes me feel more focused and positive. Things that bring me happiness could be as simple as what’s above, a good movie, a great song, even a game with a decent story. I think your circle and the environment around you should always be your main motivators for happiness, including yourself.

Teaching English as a foreign language throughout the local area both in client’s homes and also in businesses. Preparation of classes according to the client’s needs and ability. Travelling to the location as the company provided a mobile teaching service. Cambridge examination preparation.



AK Supported Housing Outreach Service, Grays - England.

Working various shifts for a supported housing scheme as a Community Support Worker providing onsite support and assistance to people with learning disabilities / mental health issues enabling independent living.




Nicholls & Clarke, Thurrock - England.

Working as part of a team, my duties included stock maintenance on the shop floor, processing deliveries in the warehouse, helping pack items onto the waiting vehicles.



Sales/Store Associate, Home Sense, Lakeside - England.

Working in a team completing various tasks such as maintaining stock on the shop floor, processing deliveries in the warehouse and assisting with the store refit. Worked both day shifts in addition to nightly shifts as well.

Teaching Assistant, Children’s School, Madrid - Spain.

Assisted children in the critical skills of learning English, as well as aiding them to develop adequate learning skills. Also helped with lunchtime monitoring.

Labourer, Warehouse, Madrid - Spain.

During my time in Spain I worked in a warehouse, I carried out various jobs such as labour, transporting goods from one part of the warehouse to another, carrying out checks on goods.

Bartender, Puerto Chico, Madrid - Spain.

Worked during the evenings and in the afternoons. Carried out several responsibilities including serving drinks, handling cash, providing prompt customer service and showcasing strong interpersonal skills.

Labourer, Berkeley Homes LTD, East Thames - London, England.

Worked on a construction site in Deptford, London. Helped with many manual jobs, including lifting and moving equipment, cleaning and helping other trades as required. Required to be aware of Health and Safety, and to possess good communication skills to work as part of a team.

What else ...

I do enjoy the majority of board games. I do play online with friends on Xbox too.

As mentioned before I love making music, writing songs.

I did a lot of traveling by, hiking with my brothers, visiting China, Russia and motorcycled across Vietnam.

I am fascinated with different cultures, and am particularly interested in Nordic history.
