Description
Hello, we are Sauhaira and Dany. we a creative and artistic human beings who love connecting with nature. we both love learning new things and being able to apply experiences to real life situations, witch is why we are doing workaways/wwoofing. It gives us the chance to explore new places, connect with new people, and learn about different and unique opportunities, aswell as ourselves. we have been described as "calming people to be around" and "a lovely authentic couple". we enjoy company, making friends, and socializing, but also are self-efficient and value quiet time alone.
Over the last few years we've learned basic carpentry skills, how to grow and maintain a garden, sell goods at a market, raise chickens, interior painting, rental house cleaning, landscaping, natural building, and baking delicious treats, and alway have a good time doing what we do.

Dany is a wonderful and kind individual. He is very talented in photography, and loves being in nature, and has an eye for videography and design. he is very good at cooking, especially Mexican cuisine. He is determined, hard working, passionate, and knows when to let go and have fun.

I like to think of myself as someone who has many skills and talents. I am a somatic stress release practitioner, a sound healer, aswell as a beginner herbalist. I love gardening and being around nature. I put passion and effort in what I do, but also love to have fun. I cook and bake many delicious things, and my favorite food to make is curry.

me and Danny are an international couple, so we are alway trying to learn new ways to communicate. we both have an interest in other languages, and I feel our environment influences what language we speak, and or will learn.

I have plenty of experience preserving and fermenting foods. That includes jams, pickles, miso and kimchi from scratch, often using home grown ingredients or foraged.
I also like to cook healthy and nutritious meals, as well as wild crafted teas and medicine.

I love working with plants and have basic herbal knowledge. In my spare time I like to gather wild herbs to make tea blends and tinctures. I would be happy to teach what I know if interested. Also fermentation too!
