Description
Hey you,
I am Sarah (24) and from the southern part of Germany.
Currently I am studying the master program "international business and sustainability" at the university of Hamburg.
I would describe myself as a curious and enthusiastic person who is open for new adventures and memories. Looking for the good things in life and being an optimistic person is describing myself pretty good too.
I am the happiest when having lovely people around, being in nature or with animals and travelling.
As my study program already indicates, sustainability is also a big part of my life.Interests

First of all, I am an animal loving person. I love to be around all kinds of animals and take care of them.
As I have worked already on a youth farm during my childhood and as a teenager, I am familiar with feeding animals, cleaning stables, animal care, etc... When I was living in texas for half a year, I was living kind of on a "farm" where also many hands-on work was due, and I am good with tools and repairing, as this was always my Dads hobby - crafting and manufacturing/repairing things.
Regarding horses, I started horseback riding as a child and continued with riding classes. When I was 15, me and a friend had a "horse riding share", so we were able to care for the horses and ride them.
Also in my bachelor, I had a horse riding share on a 6 year old mare (see the picture). Therefore I would describe myself a well-experienced rider but not on a competitive level, as I always prefered the leisure part.
Furthermore, during my travels, I have experience also trail riding in terms of riding safari in Africa or through Portugal (just one day though).
As I am studying sustainability, all kinds of sustainable living styles appeal to me too.Age

What else ...
In general I am a very active person, I do a lot of sport, love being around people and animals and being in the nature. This gives me my energy that I need and I am always a positive thinking person who is open for new things.
Besides sport, I also play the guitar and the piano and I absolutely love (board) games (e.g. wizard, uno)...
I would love to do a workaway, as I have always dreamed of staying at a place where I can help and make an impact as well as getting to know new people (and in best case many lovely horses that I can give love to). :)Some more information

They were all super lovely and kind!
I can highly recommend this workaway if you love animals, living off-grid and enjoy nature.
