Hello everyone
I'm Sandro and I live in Switzerland.
A few months ago I took the desicion to quit my job, quit my apartment and travel the world in 2024.
I really liked my job in a retirement home. But in the last few weeks I had this feeling to leave my everyday life for a few months and break out of my comfort zone. It's the perfect time for me now.
I'm really looking forward to meet new people all over the world and learn about different cultures.
I'm a peaceful and calm person who loves nature. The connection to nature is very important for me.

In my 28 years I learned a lot about myself and life. But there is still so much more to learn and to see.
After school I worked in a real estate company. So I have some computer skills. After that I completely changed my job and now I'm a certified social care worker. I did my education in a children day care center. I worked with children who where between 4 months and 5 years old. When I finished that I started working in a retirement home, where I first worked as an Allrounder.
My tasks:
- help the senior citizens,
- help the caretaker,
- help in the kitchen & serving meals
- help in the laundry
Then I started working more specific with the people in the same retirement home.
I love the social work and I like to help the people go through their every day life and create some good moments for them. My last tasks were organizing and carrying out daily activities for the senior citizens.

I'm looking forward to learn new skills and help you wherever I can.

What else ...

In my leisure time I like to be outside. I love the forests and mountains where I can go hiking and climbing. In winter I go skiing. I really like to play padel tennis.
Another hobby is watching icehockey with my friends.
A few weeks ago I started with meditation and yoga, but I'm a complete beginner.
