Description
I am Salma, I'm 23 year old graphic designer and an English teacher from Morocco, I'm driven by a deep passion for traveling. Since childhood, I had freedom and passion to explore new places, and I'm eager to volunteer abroad, combining my love for adventure with a desire to make a positive impact. Traveling allows me to connect with diverse cultures and people while helping around and being flexible.
I have volunteered at several hostels before so I know what it takes to manage and run a hostel. In my previous volunteering experience I did several things as I am flexible when it comes to helping around. I did manage the hostel's availabilty across many websites like Airbnb, Booking, and Hostelworld plus cooking occasionally, cleaning, chnaging bed sheets, blankets, cover, and pillow cases, greeting guests and guiding them in case they didn't find their hostel, and also managing checking-ins and checking-outs.
I am good with computers, I am patient, adaptable,social, strong, and most important flexible so in exchange for my stay（and preferably if meanls and internet are provided ）you will get a bunch of work done. And if I get to spend some time with the host to explore the local culture and food that would be an unforgettable experience.

I'm Salma from Morocco, I enjoy exploring new places and immersing myself in local communities. I have experience teaching English both online and in person, which has sharpened my communication and adaptability skills. My background in graphic design allows me to create engaging content. I've also volunteered in various roles, including managing hostels across many websites like Airbnb, Booking, and Hostelworld where I developed strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, managing checking-ins and checking-outs, helping with cleaning, cooking,and guiding, and welcoming guests if they find a difficulty to find the hostel they booked.
I worked in different roles and i do not have any problem with helping with many things and also I am very flexible and not afraid to get my hands dirty regarding the roles that I will be in charge of.
