Hello there! We are Safiya (22) and Malek(20), siblings from Denmark.
We both love spending time in nature and are very passionate about work involving animals and farming methods. Voluenteering for us is more than just an acitivity, it's a way to connect with others and learn about different communities. Having alot of experience in outside work/labor work, we are both fast learners and believe that there isn't anything that cant be learned with the right quidance!
sharing our own versatile skills as well as learning other's is what we value most when commiting to a new project!
* Safia
Currently in my first year studying physics in Aarhus university, which has been my dream ever since i can remember. Before i started in university, i had spend a great deal of my gap years travelling.
I went to Japan for 3 months to learn more about organic farming, sustainability and the peaceful life in the country side, then I ended up loving it so much and becoming more interested in it, that i decided to stay there for over a year, i met some of my closest friends there, and learned so many important skills from all the places i have been and from my kind hosts.
Now i firmly believe sustainability is the key to a better world and a better life and hope to be even more engaged in smaller projects around the world.
*Malek
Currently studying "Buisness and Water technology" in Aarhus, which is one of the two only places in the world that offer this study. Beside my studies, I have my online buisness where i help new buisness with establishing their online identy and brand as well as marketing them. I focus mainly on sustainable buisnesses that commit to a meaningful impact of the climate and earth, and i take pride in making a difference in the world by promoting green and ethical buisnesses. In my free time i love to spend it in nature, wether it is training, hiking or commiting to a small and meaningfull project.
When visiting new countries, it is also the nature i look for most to explore and get to know, i am also very passionate about history, and find it truly interesting to explore a country historically and culturally.Interests

Organic Farming:
Safia: I have immersed myself with learning more about sustainable farming specifically in Italy and Japan. these experiences have only deepened my appreciation for environmental actions and given me valuable knowledge around cultivating organic food.
Malek: I feel most at peace when I’m outdoors, whether it’s going for a run, for a camping trip, or getting my hands in the dirt. I love being active, breathing fresh air, and just being surrounded by nature. It keeps me grounded and gives me energy to take on anything.
Culinary Background:
Safia: having spent 3 years working in a Bakery and that has given me a good eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. My love for baking is valuable for any volunteering oppertunity that involves food-related events. I spend a great deal of my year in japan working in costumer service and the kitchen so i know all about fast pased work environments and what it takes to work in a team.
Malek: I've spent a good amount of time working in an icelandic restaurant, where I really grew to love the busy atmosphere, serving and connecting with people. Food is a big passion of mine. I love trying out new recipes, experimenting with flavors, and sharing meals with others.
Artistic Passion:
we both enjoy drawing and painting in our free time. Creativity can be a powerful tool when connecting with others and finding inspiration.
Multilingual Communication:
Our fluency in languages allows us to connect with a more diverse group of people. We are both open to teaching anyone who might be interested in learning more about these languages or just wants to have a small chat!Age
