Description
My name is Stephanie and I am 32 years old. I live in the village of Barneveld in the Netherlands with two cats, Molly and Pip. I have been working as a secretary/personal assistent at a school for almost 10 years. I work from Monday to Friday. The best and nicest school in the Netherlands. It is a school for secondary education and practical education. We have two thousand students. As a secretary I do a little bit of everything. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends and family. I volunteer almost every Saturday in a flower garden at a nursing home. Together with other volunteers we make the residents happy with a beautiful bunch of flowers. It is a great success and the residents of the nursing home are very happy with us. My parents live nearby and I see them regularly. My siblings live with their families all over the country.
Because I've been alone for a while I know myself well in and around the house. I have a small garden with flowers where I can be found regularly. I recently painted the kitchen.
I would like to learn from life on the land. Living and working on a farm with farm animals/livestock and getting dirty. Getting to know new people.
Last summer (2022) I had my first experience as a workawayer and it was the best thing that I ever experienced! I helped during the shearing season and during the spring in 2023 I helped the same family with lambing and calving.
