Description
We are a very curious easy going couple, always seeking new experiences and ways to develop, grow and widen our life experience in different ways . We have both travelled a lot throughout life and Sofie visited Ghana, Spain and Costa Rica as a Workawayer before we both met soon five years ago. As a professional I, Sofie has worked with interior decoration and textiles, catering and cooking (mainly vegetarian food) and in the film industry as PA/Craft as well as working in restaurants, hotels and teaching sewing. For the last three years I have studied homeopathy and is now helping people part time back to holistic health. Rikard has worked as a dairy farmer, a ventilation technician, a truck driver and a baker among many other things. He is also experienced in building work of different kind. We are both open and willing to learn new things and to share our knowledge and experience with others.
We live in the country side on a farm in the south of Sweden where we grow a lot of ecological vegetables and host yoga retreats and other cultural events. Together we have hosted a few Workawayers ourselves in the last years. We have loved the whole experience of meeting new people and working together.
At the moment we are both free from work obligations and are setting out to explore the world together and since we have great experiences from Workaway from both ends we would love to do more of that as a part of our travelling.
