I am a French student aged 21. I'm doing a gap year during my engineering studies next year and I'd like to take advantage of it to discover new English-speaking cultures.

I'm studying naval engineering and have been sailing as a scout for many years. I'm a dynamic person who enjoys all sports, sailing and hiking. I enjoy spending time in nature, alone or with friends, and am always happy to meet new people.

I'm disturbed by the global lack of action on global warming and would like to help out with voluntary environmental projects.

I also enjoy spending time in the kitchen cooking and am able to adapt to any type of diet. I have played the violin for many years and am an avid board game player.

I have a good theoretical knowledge of mathematics, physics, and computing.

Thanks to 10 years of sea scouting, I'm used to sailing and feel at ease on a boat.

I like to do DIY and have basic knowledge of DIY and gardening. I spent a month with a team of electricians last year.

I have a driving licence; I also have a French diploma allowing me to be in charge of children during summer camps. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and spending time with children.

But above all, I'm resourceful and motivated, I'm curious to discover new fields and I'm ready to take on new challenges.
