We are Anahid and Pooya, a couple originally from Iran and now living in Sweden. Anahid is a landscape architect and yoga instructor, Pooya is a materials engineer/researcher. Together, we find joy in life’s simple yet meaningful moments—whether it’s a peaceful walk through the forest, listening to the soothing sound of waves, or watching the sunset. Our interests are deeply rooted in nature, mindfulness, and creativity, as we bring together art, meditation, and music into our daily lives.

We’re passionate about vegan cooking, gardening, and the mindful practice of meditation. Exploring new destinations, connecting with diverse cultures, and learning from the wisdom of locals are experiences that not only inspire us but also help us grow, enriching our lives with every new journey.
